As the eCommerce Marketing Manager
You will play a key role in supporting online revenue growth through digital marketing, website optimisation and performance-driven campaigns.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of eCommerce activity, working to improve customer journeys, engagement and conversion. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage an SEO Specialist and external agency relationships to deliver measurable results.
Duties & Responsibilities
eCommerce Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement plans to grow online course sales and enquiries.
- Manage day-to-day performance of the eCommerce platform, identifying opportunities to improve customer journey, conversion and revenue.
- Oversee digital acquisition channels including SEO, PPC and CRO, working with agency partners where required.
- Work with the Brand Manager to deliver campaigns that increase traffic, leads and sales.
- Use data and insight to optimise website performance, user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and user experience enhancements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including digital marketing and web development partners.

Acquisition & Conversion
- Improve key onsite metrics including conversion rate, average order value and basket completion.
- Plan and execute A/B testing to improve landing pages and website performance.
- Reduce abandonment through improved UX, content and remarketing activity.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to improve repeat purchase and customer retention.
- Support initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
Data & Performance
- Own performance reporting across website and paid channels using GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and other tools.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends and make recommendations for growth.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and campaign reporting.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and training teams to align activity with business priorities.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities.
- Support wider Marketing planning and execution.
- Manage agreed budgets effectively.
- Provide guidance and support for colleagues.
Key Competencies & skills
- Experience with hands-on execution in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of traffic acquisition & conversion, e.g. SEO, PPC, CRO and UX.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing third-party relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
