Ecommerce & Marketing Manager

Location: London
Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week
Salary: £35,000–£45,000

We're partnering with one of the UK's most respected premium hospitality brands to appoint an Ecommerce & Marketing Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic consumer business with a loyal following and a reputation built on quality, craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce operation whilst supporting wider digital marketing initiatives that continue to grow the brand.

This is a genuinely varied role, combining ecommerce trading, merchandising, customer experience and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing commercial performance with creative brand execution.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning day-to-day ecommerce trading performance.
  • Managing online merchandising, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Optimising customer journeys, navigation and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring sales performance, customer behaviour and key ecommerce KPIs.
  • Working closely with marketing to deliver engaging campaigns across digital channels.
  • Managing website content, imagery and product presentation.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience and drive commercial growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
