About The Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth across our online channels. This role will oversee a talented team of marketing executives and designers, and will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, optimising onsite experiences, and enhancing customer engagement through CRM.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing calendar, generating creative ideas, and ensuring our product offering is presented in the most compelling way possible. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for digital innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and designers
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity and results

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Oversee CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and personalisation
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through targeted communications

Onsite Product Optimisation

  • Collaborate with product team to improve product presentation and conversion
  • Analyse performance data to inform content, layout, and promotional strategies

Creative Direction

  • Lead ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and innovation in all creative assets

Marketing Calendar Management

  • Own the planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendar
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and seasonal moments

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise for improved ROI

About You

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally within retail or consumer goods
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and customer journey mapping
  • Solid understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimisation
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
