As we accelerate our digital transformation across EMEA, we're looking for an E-Commerce Marketplaces Lead to take ownership of one of our most important growth channels.

The Opportunity
You'll lead Alliance's online marketplaces strategy across EMEA, managing performance and growth across platforms including Amazon, Allegro, Bol and TikTok Shop. Working closely with our Global E-Commerce Director, you'll be responsible for driving commercial success, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our brands win where consumers increasingly choose to shop.

What you'll be doing
- ✅ Driving marketplace growth, revenue and profitability across EMEA
- ✅ Leading and managing our external e-commerce agency partner
- ✅ Turning sales, traffic and conversion data into actionable commercial strategies
- ✅ Optimising pricing, promotions, digital shelf execution and media investment
- ✅ Developing marketplace growth roadmaps by country and platform
- ✅ Identifying new opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and market share
- ✅ Acting as the marketplace expert and trusted advisor across the business
What we're looking for

You'll bring:
- ✔ Proven experience managing Amazon and other online marketplaces across EMEA
- ✔ Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of e-commerce P&L drivers
- ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and agency leadership experience
- ✔ The ability to translate data into compelling business recommendations
- ✔ Experience building marketplace growth strategies and delivering measurable results
- ✔ A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across multiple functions
Experience within consumer healthcare, FMCG or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
