We are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Merchandiser for a fast-growing online retail business on an initial 9-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

Working within the merchandising team, this position involves analysing product, deal, and category performance to identify growth opportunities. Your responsibilities extend to interpreting data on past campaigns, offers, and onsite activity to:

  • Understand what sells well
  • Optimise deal structures
  • Strategically position products to maximise performance

Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with:

  • Sales teams
  • SEO & optimisation teams

To ensure offers are:

  • Commercially strong
  • Aligned with customer demand
  • Effectively presented onsite

  • Mine ecommerce data to uncover:

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor onsite performance to:
    • Pinpoint conversion risks
    • Spot improvement opportunities
  • Study successful deal structures and propose cross-business replication strategies
