Working hours: Full time 37.5hrs
Hybrid role: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working
Salary: £25k

About Avery Row

At Avery Row, we create beautifully designed, sustainable products for babies, toddlers and parents. Thoughtfully crafted using organic and recycled materials, our collections are designed to support modern family life while being kinder to the planet. As we continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we’re looking for an organised, commercially minded Ecommerce & Merchandising Assistant to support day-to-day trading and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in both ecommerce and merchandising, combining analytical thinking with creativity and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our website, inventory, product launches and trading activities run smoothly. You’ll help optimise the online customer experience, support product merchandising and stock management, and contribute to driving commercial performance across our D2C and B2B channels. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across ecommerce trading, merchandising, inventory planning, digital marketing and operations. This is the perfect entry-level position to build ecommerce and merchandising skills, and a solid foundation upon which to build your career.

As this is an entry-level position, you will receive on-the-job training from the Merchandising Manager, and Head of Brand and Marketing to support your growth into this exciting role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
