The Role
As the eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you'll own the online merchandising strategy and customer journey across multiple markets, ensuring every touchpoint is commercially optimised. From product launches and seasonal campaigns to category performance, trading analysis and onsite optimisation, you'll play a key role in driving conversion, revenue and customer engagement. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Marketing, Digital and Product teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence major commercial decisions while helping shape the future of a rapidly growing online business.

We're looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Manager who combines strong commercial instinct with a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences. You'll have experience within a fast-paced fashion, retail or lifestyle brand, using data and customer insight to drive performance and continually optimise the onsite journey.
