ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

OVERVIEW

As our Ecommerce Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and inspiring online experience for Boden customers around the world. Working closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you'll help launch new products, support digital initiatives and keep our websites looking their best across multiple territories. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for ecommerce, you'll help bring the Boden brand to life online while supporting customer engagement and business growth.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and maintain Boden's online stores, ensuring a seamless, on-brand customer experience across all territories.
  • Launch and optimise products, ensuring accurate content and a smooth path to purchase.
  • Deliver on-site SEO and maintain high site standards through regular audits and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve website issues to enhance performance, customer experience and conversion.
  • Support site enhancements and new features, partnering closely with Engineering and UX/UI teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, campaigns and sales, using insights to drive traffic, conversion and revenue growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-2 years’ hands-on experience managing complex e-commerce and/or multichannel websites and projects, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience working with Product Data Management software.
  • Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable delivering results in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with on-site SEO.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible in your approach, with strong teamwork skills.
