Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a eCommerce Platform Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Ecomm team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic eCommerce platform and technology partners across UK & ROI.
  • Enable platform partners to effectively position and refer Worldpay eCommerce and card-not-present (CNP) solutions.
  • Drive high-quality, well-qualified referrals into sales and migration channels.
  • Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
  • Work closely with sales, migration, and enablement teams to ensure smooth handover and progression of referred opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, referral quality, and engagement using data and insight.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen, expand, or optimise platform partnerships.
  • Support joint go-to-market activity, use cases, and partner value propositions.
  • Represent Global Payments and Worldpay eCommerce within the platform partner ecosystem and at relevant industry events.

What Success Looks Like

  • Engaged platform partners generating consistent, high-quality referrals
  • Clear partner understanding of Worldpay eCommerce value and use cases
  • Strong collaboration between partners, sales, and migration teams
  • Increased adoption of Worldpay eCommerce through platform-led channels

What You Bring

  • Experience managing partner or alliance relationships within eCommerce, payments, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Strong relationship-management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of referral-driven growth models
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a matrixed organisation
  • Organised and self-driven approach, comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities
  • A practical, data-informed mindset focused on improving outcomes
  • Interest in eCommerce platforms, digital commerce, and payments technology
