Ecommerce Programme Manager
Remote (UK) | Full Time | 6 month FTC
About The Role
EQ50 DIGITAL is looking for an Ecommerce Programme Manager to support the coordination and delivery of ecommerce, logistics and technology transformation programmes across customer-facing and operational environments.
This fixed-term role will support ongoing programme delivery activities across multiple workstreams, working closely with clients, operational stakeholders and delivery teams across ecommerce and transformation initiatives.
The role is suited to someone comfortable operating across fast-moving delivery environments with strong coordination, stakeholder management and programme oversight capabilities.

- Support programme delivery across ecommerce transformation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities and stakeholders
- Support programme governance and delivery reporting
- Align operational, technology and customer-facing workstreams
- Coordinate delivery planning, testing and rollout activities
- Support risk, issue and dependency management
- Work alongside internal teams and third-party partners
- Support programme stabilisation and operational readiness
Requirements
- Experience supporting ecommerce or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of ecommerce, logistics or technology delivery environments
- Experience working across cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong organisational and delivery coordination capabilities
- Comfortable working independently within remote environments
