Ecommerce Specialist
E-Commerce & Production Coordinator
About the Role
This role involves coordinating our e-commerce and production teams in the day-to-day operation of all our websites. It is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, effective workload management, and the ability to react positively to short-notice requests. The role will involve working across multiple projects in a challenging and fast-paced working environment, where communication is key.
The successful candidate must have previous e-commerce experience along with a proactive and positive attitude. An interest in online fashion retail will be beneficial, while an eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s performance is essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Improve Product Performance & Reduce Returns
- Review product information and liaise with customer services/ecom operations to implement immediate/tactical improvements aimed at reducing returns.

Coordinate Product Launches & Peak Trade Actions
- Work with marketing teams and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of product launches and peak trade initiatives.

Ensure Timely Project & Campaign Development
- Maintain alignment with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee timely development and launch of all projects/campaigns.

Product & Category Production Support
- Assist in product and category production, including:
- Uploading and maintaining product descriptions, prices, imagery, and video.
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with internal deadlines.
- Sourcing, QC, and Approval of Retouched Images
- Review and quality check retouched images to ensure they meet deadlines before going live.

Stock & Inventory Management
- Liaise with partners to carry out stock checks, fragmentation checks, and intake, working to maximise sales opportunities.

Visual Merchandising & Conversion Improvement
- Support onsite visual merchandising to improve conversion and sales through.
- Conduct weekly site walk-throughs across stores and devices.

Site Refreshes & Seasonal Campaigns
- Act as a key team member for site refreshes, sale periods, and seasonal launches.

SEO & UX Enhancement
- Collaborate with the team to improve SEO on key landing pages.
- Assist in optimising onsite search channels to enhance UX and sales.

Trading Opportunities & Conversion Growth
- Identify and champion areas that improve conversion and basket value, assisting with onsite trading opportunities.

Personalisation & Recommendations
- Support website recommendations and personalisation efforts.

Analytics & Marketing Data Analysis
- Contribute to web analytics and online marketing data dives to pinpoint new opportunities, both globally and in local markets.

- The role may also include actions based on any reasonable requests made by a line manager.
