Role Description

This full-time remote Ecommerce Specialist role focuses on managing and optimizing online sales channels for Front Rank and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves:

  • Monitoring key performance metrics
  • Analyzing sales and customer behavior data
  • Recommending strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value

The Ecommerce Specialist will collaborate with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to:

  • Support campaigns
  • Resolve issues
  • Enhance the overall online shopping experience

Additional tasks may include:

  • Managing inventory visibility
  • Coordinating with vendors
  • Assisting with implementation of new tools, features, or integrations

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Solid E-Commerce platform experience, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and order workflows.
  • Customer Service skills focused on resolving online buyer inquiries and supporting a positive shopping experience.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying insights clearly.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support revenue growth initiatives and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, such as SEO for product pages and basic online campaign support.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and ecommerce reporting tools; comfort working with data and dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital operations is preferred.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
