About the Role

A leading fashion footwear retailer, renowned for blending style, creativity, and innovation, seeks an Ecommerce Trading & Content Coordinator to optimise the omnichannel shopping experience. This role centres on driving performance through data-driven trading, content management, and cross-functional collaboration—bridging online engagement with sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Website Management

    • Oversee homepage updates, landing pages, banners, and site navigation to reflect seasonal trends and promotional strategies
    • Lead on-site content and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing and merchandising objectives
    • Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product discovery and conversion
  • Performance & Data Analysis

    • Monitor and analyse trading performance across channels, identifying opportunities to improve sales and conversion rates
    • Track and interpret customer behaviour data to refine content and SEO strategies
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market scans to inform tactical decisions

  • SEO & Seasonal Support

    • Collaborate on SEO initiatives to elevate product visibility and organic traffic
    • Support seasonal launches, ensuring timely and effective campaigns that capitalise on trends
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to align content with commercial goals
    • Act as a bridge between front-end ecommerce and back-end trading, bridging insights beyond siloed functions

Experience & Skills

  • Ecommerce Experience: Minimum 3 years in ecommerce, ideally within fashion or retail.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint
    • Hands-on experience with ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, similar platforms)
  • Creativity & Strategy: Passion for fashion trends, customer journey optimisation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly organised and commercially mindful, balancing aesthetics with conversion goals
    • Proficient in collaborative environments, able to work iteratively across disciplines
