💥 E-Commerce Trading Executive 💥 £33k - £37k DOE 💥 Leeds 💥 Hybrid

ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand that's continuing to invest heavily in its ecommerce function. Following continued growth across the UK and international markets, they're now looking for an E-Commerce Trading Executive to help optimise the online customer journey and support the delivery of their ambitious digital growth plans.

About the role...

As E-Commerce Trading Executive, you'll play a key role in driving online trading performance, ensuring products are launched seamlessly, customer journeys are continually optimised and the website delivers the very best shopping experience. Working closely with Ecommerce, CRM, Brand and Marketing teams, you'll help bring campaigns and product launches to life whilst identifying opportunities to improve conversion and overall site performance.

What you'll be doing day to day...

  • Managing product launches and maintaining the ecommerce catalogue across multiple markets
  • Supporting the delivery of the ecommerce trading calendar, including new launches, campaigns and promotional activity
  • Optimising category pages, merchandising, product content and onsite customer journeys to improve conversion
  • Reporting on website performance, analysing customer behaviour and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Working collaboratively with Ecommerce, CRM, Brand and Development teams to continually enhance the online experience

About you...

This role would suit someone with previous ecommerce trading experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail or consumer environment. You'll have a strong eye for detail, be commercially minded and enjoy using data and customer insight to improve onsite performance and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. If you're passionate about ecommerce and love seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

What we're looking for...

  • Previous ecommerce experience within a retail, fashion or consumer brand
  • Experience working with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform
  • Strong understanding of onsite merchandising, customer journeys and ecommerce trading
  • Comfortable using analytics and performance data to make commercial decisions
  • A proactive, organised team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for ecommerce
