Ecommerce Trading Manager

At TBCo, we create easy-to-style statement pieces designed to make an impact. As a B Corp certified brand, we believe in responsible retail, high-quality natural materials, and products that empower self-expression in both outfit and home.

We're looking for a commercially sharp and detail-driven Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our growing Growth Team. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you'll play a key role in driving online sales performance, owning the day-to-day trading of tbco.com across the UK, US, and EU.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong commercial instinct, a passion for ecommerce, and the ability to turn data into action to maximise conversion, AOV, and site performance. You'll own the trading calendar, site merchandising, and pricing strategy, working closely with Marketing, Design, and Product to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

The Role

As Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and trading excellence across tbco.com.

Your work will include:

  • Owning day-to-day trading of tbco.com across UK, US, and EU, monitoring sales, conversion rate, AOV, and other key commercial metrics
  • Managing the site merchandising strategy, including category structure, product placement, filtering, and navigation to maximise conversion
  • Planning and executing the promotional and trading calendar, including sales, sitewide discounts, and product launches, in line with commercial priorities
  • Managing pricing and discount strategy across markets, balancing margin, competitiveness, and full-price selling
  • Working closely with the Buying/Product team to align stock availability, new launches, and end-of-life products with site trading plans
  • Analysing site and sales performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends, and translating insight into action
  • Overseeing site content updates, landing pages, and promotional creative in collaboration with the Brand and Design teams
  • Ensuring a seamless, on-brand customer journey across desktop and mobile, identifying and resolving UX or conversion barriers
  • Partnering with the Performance Marketing and CRM teams to align paid, owned, and organic activity with trading priorities
  • Exploring and utilising AI and other tools to support reporting, forecasting, and site optimisation efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
