Does helping founders get in front of the right investors sound like your kind of challenge?
Maybe you can tell when an entrepreneur is ready for that next step, and when a commercial deal might matter just as much as funding.
We’re looking for someone who can bring that judgement into the heart of our accelerator ecosystem, helping ambitious startups build the relationships, confidence and opportunities they need to grow.
If this resonates with you, then please keep reading!
The Role
E-Spark is growing, and we’re looking for an Ecosystem Development Manager who can open the right doors for the startups on our accelerator programmes.
This is a role for someone who understands the early-stage investment world and knows how much difference the right relationship can make. You’ll work closely with our entrepreneurs and alumni to understand where they are in their growth journey, then help them access the people and expertise that can move them – and their business – forward.
You’ll primarily support the UK Space Agency Accelerator, while also playing a role in our Accelerate to Investment programme and E-Spark’s wider growth agenda. That means getting to know our networks and building meaningful relationships across the investor and business ecosystem.
Plus, you’ll get a monthly £75 wellbeing allowance, remote/flexible working, 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and the chance to play a key role in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
A little bit about us
At E-Spark, we build great people who build great businesses to drive growth that benefits everybody.
We run accelerator programmes for entrepreneurs across the globe, helping people develop the mindset, confidence, connections, and key skills needed to grow successful businesses.
We work as a remote team, so we’re used to collaborating across locations to deliver important programmes and support entrepreneurs across the UK. We’re a small team with a big mission, so we think and act like a startup ourselves – moving quickly, trying new things, and giving people the space and encouragement to shape how we grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
