Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support student progress across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)
- Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors
- Contribute to a positive and well-managed learning environment
- Engage fully with the ECT induction programme
Person Specification
- QTS (or pending QTS completion)
- Specialism in a secondary subject area
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
