Are you a newly qualified teacher or due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) soon? Looking to build your confidence, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school environments.
Academics are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across our network of partner schools throughout Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring educators to develop their teaching skills while gaining exposure to a range of classroom settings, age groups, and school environments.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have recently achieved QTS or be due to qualify shortly
- Be passionate about education and supporting young people
- Have strong communication and classroom management skills
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Be committed to developing their confidence and teaching practice
