Overview: APT Search is representing a global consultancy on a key eDiscovery Partner hire within an established and highly regarded team. This is a significant appointment. The role focuses on four areas: eDiscovery project management and delivery oversight, operations leadership, people management, and sales. It suits a senior eDiscovery leader who knows Relativity back to front, has run a delivery function successfully, and can grow a strong client base.

Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Partner:

  • Own delivery oversight across active eDiscovery matters, ensuring projects run to scope, budget, and deadline while maintaining quality and defensibility.
  • Lead the operational running of the function, setting process, standards, and capacity planning so the team scales without dropping delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the eDiscovery team, building capability and retaining talent across project management and technical delivery.
  • Drive commercial growth and sales, developing new business and expanding the existing client base across law firms, corporates, and regulatory work.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, owning relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication throughout the matter lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on Relativity and wider eDiscovery workflows, from processing through review to productions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders internally to shape strategy, service offering, and long-term direction of the practice.
  • Maintain oversight of risk, data handling, and compliance across all matters given the sensitivity of the data managed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
