Overview: APT Search is representing an eDiscovery consultancy on an eDiscovery Project Manager hire. This role manages projects end to end and acts as a subject-matter expert to clients across the full eDiscovery lifecycle. It suits a project manager who has run multiple client matters at once, knows the Relativity suite well, and can own delivery from kick-off through to production.
Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager:
- Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, owning scope, timelines, budget and quality across the full matter lifecycle.
- Act as subject-matter expert for clients, advising on workflow, process and best practice throughout each engagement.
- Handle multiple client matters concurrently, prioritising and balancing competing deadlines without dropping delivery.
- Oversee the eDiscovery workflow end to end, from data processing and review through to productions.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the matter.
- Coordinate internal technical and review teams to keep projects on track and on budget.

Requirements of this eDiscovery Project Manager:
- 4+ years managing eDiscovery or litigation support projects end to end.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Relativity suite across processing, analytics and productions.
- Proven experience handling multiple clients or matters at the same time.
- RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification preferred.
- Subject-matter expertise across the eDiscovery lifecycle, with the credibility to advise clients directly.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of data handling, security and defensibility given the sensitivity of the work.
