eDiscovery Project Manager
eDiscovery Project Manager – Hybrid Role
Location: London (1-2 hybrid days per week)
When it comes to responding to a legal matter, time is critical. Many legal disputes now require thousands of electronic documents and emails to be reviewed and assessed before disclosure to opposing counsel and court.
Quantuma’s document review platform, powered by Reveal-Brainspace, offers a full suite of eDiscovery solutions in one seamless platform, harnessing the latest in AI technology to identify salient data quickly and cost-effectively.
We are seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Project Manager to join our eDiscovery legal technology services team, providing technical and consultative support to both internal and external clients in a hybrid work environment (1-2 days a week in our London office, primarily Tuesdays plus as needed).
Key Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Work with clients (typically lawyers) to understand project needs and requirements related to eDiscovery platform tasks.
- Project Management (Backend & Frontend):
- Create new matters in the eDiscovery platform, including user management and permission assignments.
- Data collection via remote, onsite, or hybrid methods (training provided).
- Upload and process client data within the platform.
- Train new users on platform functionality.
- Frontend Operations:
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including:
- Keyword searching
- AI-powered searches & machine learning
- Creating exports, foldering, and user assignments
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including:
- Internal Support:
- Conflict checking
- Internal project setup
- Generate client-charging reports and invoice request preparations (invoices handled by Accounts).
- Client Relations & Flexibility:
- Attend client sites as required.
- Support colleagues across all levels in the team, from Administrator to Director / Partner.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Adeptness: Practical experience with eDiscovery software, ideally including experience with deployment or configuration.
- Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate projects, preferably for external clients.
- Education & Relevant Background:
- A-levels or degree, with qualifications in IT or Law advantageous.
- Software Proficiency: Fluent in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (full onboarding/training provided).
- Client Communication: Experience interacting confidently and effectively with legal clients.
