Voluntary Article Editor – Europinion

Europinion is looking for detail-oriented editors to join our team. You’ll be editing 4-5 articles monthly, working on a variety of tasks, including fact-checking, syntax correction, providing feedback to writers, and crafting blurbs for publication. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your editorial skills, work with a talented team, and grow within a dynamic journalistic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread 4-5 articles monthly (approximately once weekly)
  • Fact-check and ensure accuracy of all content
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers for improvement
  • Check for grammatical, syntactical, and stylistic consistency
  • Write brief blurbs for articles prior to publication
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure high-quality content
  • Participate in editorial meetings and contribute to content planning
  • Maintain Europinion’s editorial standards and ethos throughout
