The Role
This is your launchpad. You're a darts obsessive who gets how social works. You understand the players, the culture, what fans actually care about. You'll create content that lands with audiences. You'll work on some of the biggest darts accounts in the world. You'll learn from brilliant people. And you'll help shape how darts shows up on social.
You'll be doing the work every day. Writing posts. Curating content. Thinking about what matters to darts audiences and building a community on social channels.
What You'll Do
- Write and post social content. Captions that work. Copy that feels right for darts. Every day, across multiple platforms.
- Curate and ideate. Find the moments that matter. Spot trends before they're trends. Bring ideas to the team.
- Manage community. You're in the comments, engaging fans. You understand what people are saying about darts right now.
- Work with clients. Regular check-ins. Making sure they're happy. Understanding what they need. Clear communication.
- Brief the creative team. Write clear, actionable briefs for design and motion. Make sure they know what you need and why.
- Activate at events. Show up to live tournaments. Create content on the ground. Capture the moments that define darts.
- Collaborate with the team. Strategy, Creative, Insights. Make sure everyone's aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Stay ahead. New platforms. Trends. Format changes. You’ll know how to use them before everyone else.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
