50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency.

We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

The Role

You'll run the day-to-day editorial operations across this new account to make content that grabs the attention of darts fans. You'll own content planning, managing an executive, client relationships, and making sure everything we publish is on point and on time.

This is hands-on management. You're not removed from the work. You're still ideating, still thinking about content, still solving problems. But you're also developing your team, managing clients, and setting the tone for what excellence looks like.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver planned and reactive social media content across multiple platforms
  • Lead and line manage social media executives
  • Oversee client content plans and ensure timely delivery
  • Ideate, edit and optimise social content for different platforms and audiences
  • Develop and maintain consistent tone of voice and content strategy
  • Manage client relationships through regular meetings and day-to-day communication
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple high-profile social accounts
  • Manage community engagement and audience outreach
  • Brief and collaborate with Creative, Design, Motion and Insights teams
  • Activate social media coverage during live sporting events and tournaments
  • Represent clients on-site as an ambassador at events, including some weekends
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best-practice digital strategies
  • Stay ahead. New platforms. Trends. Format changes. You’ll know how to use them before everyone else.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
