Are you passionate about brand and product storytelling? We are currently working with a global organization who are seeking an Editorial Strategy and Campaign Manager.
The role oversees the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through to execution and performance analysis, supporting product launches, promotional activity, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives. By coordinating stakeholders, maintaining campaign roadmaps, and monitoring results, the position contributes to increased customer engagement, stronger brand visibility, and the continued growth of the companies' products and commercial offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support content launches, product updates, commercial activity, and marketplace promotions, ensuring campaigns maximise audience reach and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate the successful delivery of campaigns from planning through to launch, working across inflight entertainment, mobile, and digital platforms to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver promotional activity that supports new product introductions, feature enhancements, and marketplace initiatives, contributing to successful launch outcomes.
- Maintain and manage the campaign calendar, balancing seasonal priorities, commercial objectives, and business requirements to ensure resources and activities are effectively aligned.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using engagement, awareness, and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness across digital and inflight channels.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, together with at least 10 years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a range of digital and customer-facing channels.
- Strong background in campaign planning, content marketing, and coordinating campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Good understanding of brand positioning, customer communications, and creating consistent experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Experience supporting the launch of new products, services, features, or promotional initiatives within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Previous experience within the airline, travel, hospitality, luxury, or other customer-centric industries is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating campaigns across digital platforms such as mobile applications, websites, retail, ecommerce, marketplace, or inflight entertainment environments.
- Knowledge of campaign performance measurement, digital analytics, and reporting, with experience working alongside creative, content, or external agency teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
