Education and well-being specialist

Healthcare Education Outreach Worker

We are a 4 Day Week employer.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults, and professionals on topics including:

  • Sexual health
  • Reproductive health
  • Relationships
  • Wellbeing

This is an outreach role requiring:

  • Frequent travel to various education and community venues
  • Delivery of face-to-face and digital interventions
  • Whole-class sessions
  • Small-group programmes
  • 1:1 support sessions To young people, service users, parents/carers, and the wider young people’s workforce.

Essential Criteria

  • Access to a car and a UK driving license
  • Ability to work daily within Sandwell and Dudley Boroughs and occasionally beyond
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting or delivering to young people

About the Role

  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including eligibility for 4 Day Week after probation)

    "Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week programme, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary."

  • Contract: Fixed-term until 31 August 2027
  • Location: Sandwell and Dudley Boroughs (Office based in Tipton)
  • Salary: £26,227.50 per annum
  • Closing date: 2nd July 2026
