At Explore Learning, we’re on a mission to help every child make meaningful progress. We’re an award-winning tuition provider with professional tutors, smart learning tools, and over 20 years of running successful centres across the UK.
We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of tutors while growing your centre through new member acquisition and delivering exceptional service for families.
Our Centre Managers are often promoted from this role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:
- Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
- Maximising profitability via debt and revenue management while optimising staff efficiency
- Delivering outstanding family experiences, from first enquiry to long-term learning progression
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless, efficient centre functionality
- Leading and coaching tutors to deliver exceptional learning experiences to members
- Championing safeguarding, prioritising child safety and well-being at all times
A Day in the Life
You’ll balance educational leadership with operational excellence. Your key tasks include:
- Acting as a role model for excellent tutoring, coaching tutors to inspire learning and progress in maths and English
- Tracking member achievements, conducting meaningful discussions with parents about progress and next steps
- Building reputation and community trust through active sales outreach, engagement, and event participation
- Hosting trials, managing inbound enquiries, and creating welcoming member onboarding experiences

Location
Rugby, Warwickshire – Full-time based at Explore Learning’s centre.
Salary
Starting salary: £27,000 per year
Contract Term
Full-time, permanent
Working Hours (Typical Weekly Schedule)
- Tuesday: 11am–8pm
- Wednesday: 11am–8pm
- Thursday: 11am–7pm
- Friday: 9am–6pm
- Saturday: 9am–5pm
Note: Hours may vary across centers.
