The Role

You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:

  • Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
  • Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
  • Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.

  • You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real progress in maths and English while unlocking a love of learning
  • You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps
  • You’ll build your centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation
  • You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
