Explore Learning Centre Supervisor – Certain Beaconsfield/High Wycombe

We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre.
You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to:
- Lead a team of Tutors
- Grow your centre through new member acquisition
- Deliver an exceptional service for families
Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making this an excellent opportunity for aspiring educational leaders.

Responsibilities
You’ll have full ownership of multiple functions, ensuring the centre thrives across all areas:
Growth & Community
- Drive membership growth through:
- Community engagement
- Local partnerships
- Marketing events
Operations & Revenue
- Maximise profitability via:
- Revenue and debt management
- Staff efficiency optimisation
Member Experience
- Deliver exceptional service from first enquiry to long-term progress:
- Host trial sessions
- Manage enquiries & smooth onboarding
- Maintain strong family engagement
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding learning
- Monitor and celebrate member progress, providing meaningful feedback
Safeguarding & Compliance
-Champion child safety and comply with safeguarding regulations
- Ensure all interactions and processes prioritise wellbeing

A Day in the Life
Balancing leadership and hands-on tutoring, your tasks will include:

- Hold regular progress discussions with families
- Address challenges and celebrate successes
✅ Growth & outreach:
- Strengthen local community presence
- Train and empower the team on sales activation
- Build trust through consistent, welcoming communications
Requirements

Monetary Compensation
- £27,000 PA (starting salary—varies with experience)
- London weighting (£1K–£3.5K uplift) if applicable
- Performance bonuses: Potential to earn up to £750 twice yearly based on centre KPIs

Location
- Full-time, on-site role
- Beaconsfield Centre
- High Wycombe Centre
Contract
- Fixed-term contract (covering maternity)
- Commences: September 2026
Working Hours
(Typical week—subject to variation across centres)
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Tuesday–Thursday: 11am–8pm (Thurs: 7pm finish)
- Friday: 9am–6pm
- Saturday: 9am–5pm
