We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow your centre through new member acquisition, and deliver an exceptional service for families.
Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:
- Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
- Maximising profitability by managing debt and revenue, and optimising staff efficiency
- Delivering exceptional family experiences from first enquiry to long-term member progress
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient centre running
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver outstanding learning experiences
- Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child
A Day in the Life
- Balance educational leadership with operational excellence—model exceptional tutoring and coach your team to achieve results in maths and English
- Monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and priorities
- Build the centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement, and sales activation
- Host trial sessions, manage enquiries, and ensure a welcoming experience for all new families

Logistics & Remuneration
- Location: Full-time, based in the Coventry centre
- Starting salary: £27,000 PA (London weighting of £1,000–£3,500 will be applied for centres in the London area)
- Contract: Permanent, full-time

Important Requirements
- UK eligibility to work required (no sponsorship available).
- This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974), requiring full disclosure in line with DBS and Safer Recruitment policy.

- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check and two written references are mandatory before appointment.
