Education Centre Supervisor – Explore Learning

Inspire a Team. Grow a Centre. Change Children’s Lives.

At Explore Learning, we’re on a mission to help every child make meaningful progress. We’re an award-winning tuition provider with professional tutors, smart learning tools, and over 20 years of running successful centres across the UK.

About the Role

We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre.

You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to:

  • Lead a team of tutors
  • Grow your centre through new member acquisition
  • Deliver an exceptional service for families

Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making this position an ideal opportunity for those looking to develop a career in educational leadership.

If you thrive on problem-solving, shared goals, and making a real impact daily, this is the role for you.

To succeed, you’ll drive performance by:

  • Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and improving staff efficiency
  • Delivering outstanding member and family experiences from first enquiry to long-term progress
  • Managing daily operations to ensure a seamless, efficient centre running mentality
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of tutors to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Championing safeguarding to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all children

A Day in the Life

Your role combines educational leadership and operational excellence, blending:

  • Hands-on tutoring to model excellence and coach your team, helping members progress in maths and English while fostering a love of learning
  • Member progress monitoring, celebrating achievements, and guiding families with strategy conversations
  • Brand and reputation growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and sales initiatives, including hosting trial sessions and managing new member onboarding

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
