Education Client Advisor
Client Advisor – Education Practice (Hybrid) (Haywards Heath)
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team as a Client Advisor within the Education practice. This is a hybrid role based in Haywards Heath, requiring work in the office at least three days per week.
About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate or commercial insurance account handling, looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Marsh Client Executives in:
- Developing placement strategy for insurance renewals
- Administering mid-term changes to risk
- Request and review underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients
- Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with Client Executives and the Placement Team
- Utilise Marsh online trading systems for:
- Collaborating renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers
- Work with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals
- Produce and/or request Insurer documentation
- Review and comment on Indemnity and Insurance clauses

Requirements
You must have:
- Proven experience handling full renewal processes for corporate or large commercial insurance programs
- Excellent organisational skills, balancing multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Strong industry knowledge, understanding clients’ business models, insurance programmes and service plans

- Ability to remain problem-solver in high-pressure environments with adaptive flexibility
- Cert CII with progress toward ACII desired
