Education Client Advisor
Client Advisor (Education Practice) – Corporate Team
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team as a Client Advisor within the Education practice. This hybrid role is based in Haywards Heath, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
About the Role
This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate or commercial insurance account handling, looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Marsh Client Executives on placement strategy for insurance renewals and administering mid-term changes to risk.
- Requesting and reviewing underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients, while understanding their requirements.
- Preparing and submitting accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with Client Executives and the Placement Team.
- Utilising Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers.
- Collaborating with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals.
- Producing or requesting insurer documentation, including reviewing and commenting on Indemnity and Insurance clauses.

Requirements
You should have:
- Proven experience in working on the full renewal process of corporate or large commercial insurance programs.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- A strong awareness of clients’ business, their business issues, insurance programs, and service plans.
What Makes You Stand Out?
We’ll want to see evidence of:
- Knowledge and experience in Education Insurance.
- Previous client-facing experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure while working flexibly when required.
- A Cert CII qualification, with progression towards ACII being highly desirable.
