We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a background in education recruitment or student acquisition to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who takes a consultative approach to sales and is motivated by strong earning potential.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in student acquisition — using consultative sales techniques to engage with prospective candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them onto our teacher training programmes to become qualified teachers and teaching assistants. You'll join a high-performing recruitment team and manage your own territory, giving you the freedom to network, build relationships, and maximise your opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads through regular outbound calls, building relationships with potential prospects
- Conduct consultative one-to-one consultations, both in person and remotely, to understand candidates' needs and match them to the right programme
- Use social media to promote our courses, attract candidates, and build relationships through online engagement
Requirements
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Background in education recruitment, student acquisition, or sales acquisition strongly preferred
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales — able to build trust and identify candidate needs rather than just push a product
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
