Education Coordinator
Job Title: PART TIME Exam Officer (20 hours)
Location: Home working with once a week in their Westminster offices, London Fixed Term Contract Maternity Leave cover 6 months Immediate start
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (full time equivalent)
PART TIME Hours: 20 hours per week (spread over 5 days) About: Our client is a leading professional body.
Role Overview: A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities: Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners. Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results. Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals. Assist in organising professional development events. Prepare reports on exam processes and results. Continuously improve internal processes and services.

Qualifications: GCSEs including English and Maths Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.

Skills and Attributes: Self-starter with excellent organisational skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS systems. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
