This is your opportunity to join our expanding Education, Inclusion and Additional Needs (EIAN) team within the Children and Family Service Commissioning Service. Play a key role in supporting the delivery of services for children and young people.

About The Role
As an EIAN Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the team, ensuring seamless operations and the right information reaches the right place at the right time.
You’ll support commissioning activity across:
- Education placements
- Inclusion pathways
- Alternative provision
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of education placements, provision, and associated costs.
- Ensuring systems (including Synergy and internal databases) remain up-to-date and reliable.
- Collaborating with teams such as SENA, Social Care, and Admissions, as well as external providers.
- Generating data and reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Meticulously maintaining records relating to placements, IPAs (Individual Plans), and provider communications.
- Acting as a key link between multiple teams, ensuring smooth connectivity, flow, and functionality.

About You: What We’re Looking For
To apply for this post, you must:
Mandatory Requirements
- Recognised academic qualifications (e.g., GCSEs, A Levels, vocational qualifications, professional or further education qualifications) at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant area.
- Or equivalent experience in the field.
- Proficiency with multiple IT applications, including a working knowledge of databases, and the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Experience working to strict deadlines and managing strict timescales.
- Hands-on experience in administrative work and setting up new systems.
- Ability to handle competing pressures while working effectively as part of a high-functioning team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to present information clearly, accurately, and professionally, and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
