As an Education Manager at N Family, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Nursery Manager.
- Lead a dedicated team of Early Years Educators in striving for uniquely outstanding educational standards.
- Champion innovative pedagogy and dynamic learning environments.
- Support continuous professional growth—coaching, mentoring, and shaping exceptional teaching.
- Step into line management as the Manager in Charge in the absence of your manager, ensuring operational excellence, safeguarding compliance and day-to-day safety.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Teaching Excellence
- Lead, embed, and continuously elevate educational quality through our N Curriculum & Pedagogy (NCAP).
- Champion robust planning, assessment, and learning environments that support outstanding EYFS provision.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing
- Champion our safeguarding culture—acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead when necessary.
- Ensure robust systems for safeguarding compliance, keeping children safe now and into the future.
Team Leadership & Development
- Guarantee high level teaching practice through regular observations and impactful 1:1 coaching.
- Provide structured mentoring, supervision and professional development plans, supporting everyone to thrive.
- Guide the team through the N Academy—a dynamic online learning platform.

Service Delivery & Quality
- Oversee daily operational exchanges, ensuring high-quality education delivery.
- Manage ratios, rotas, and classroom learning environments to meet statutory requirements.
- Take ownership of Soaring Stars of Excellence (SSOE)—designing tailored enrichment initiatives.
Customer & Community Focus
- Build strong relationships with parents, creating shared understanding and trust.
- Represent the club with integrity—inspiring, engaging millions of potential families.
Requirements
Leadership & Experience
- Demonstrate current leadership experience (ideally having worked as a Deputy Manager, Third-in-Charge, or Nursery Manager).
- Experience in early years education—at Strong or Exceptional EYFS Quality Standards (inspections perceived positively).
- Exceptional ability to challenge, support, and elevate teaching standards.
- Proven success in coaching teams through growth and change—especially at scale.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
- Hold a qualification to Level 3 or above in Early Years.
- Full Paediatric First Aid certification (12 hours) + commitment to annual refresher.
- Current police enhanced DCI check and / or valid online check in progress.
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training—with regular updates.

- Competitive starting salary: £34,694 - £46,696 per annum
