We’re seeking an Education Manager to champion Colgate’s Professional portfolio within the academic dental community. Your voice will shape the mindset of the next generation of dental professionals, fostering deep brand loyalty from the first day of university to their careers.
This is a strategic, impactful role—think of yourself as the bridge between theory and clinical excellence, turning complex science into compelling, actionable messaging.
Your Impact
As the Education Manager, you will:
- Empower and advocate for students as the "Voice of the Student" across the UK and Ireland.
- Collaborate across science, marketing, and academia to design proprietary educational content.
- Drive measurable engagement—expand participation in events, improve training ROI, and elevate awareness of our Professional portfolio.
- Operate autonomously while delivering against strategic goals tied to Colgate’s global vision.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Engagement
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with academic stakeholders across 44 UK & Irish dental schools.
- Advocate passionately for Colgate as a trusted science leader in clinical education.
Education Delivery & Content Creation
- Design and deliver dynamic workshops, presentations, and virtual content—translating innovations into actionable knowledge.
- Co-create "best-in-class" educational materials for our Digital Hub and social media channels (e.g., short videos, microsites, e-learning modules).
Relationship & Community Building
- Host networking events and oral health initiatives tailored to dental students and early-career professionals.
- Cultivate brand ambassadors—both internally (to align employees) and externally (to inspire advocates).
Market Insights & Commercial Growth
- Provide actionable intelligence on student and faculty trends across markets.
- Track and optimise engagement using digital tools, LMS data, and analytics.
- Manage the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget effectively.
