About the Opportunity
Opportunity Description Join SkilledUp Life as an Education Partner Volunteer and help grow our global network of schools, colleges, and universities. You will build meaningful relationships, secure and activate partnerships, and support a steady flow of volunteers and opportunities for tech startups worldwide.
This role provides hands-on experience in partnership development, outreach strategy, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to a repeatable partnership engine that delivers measurable startup and talent outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with volunteer and startup needs, track progress against clear activation plans, and help turn signed agreements into active, outcome-driven collaborations.
Early-career professionals gain exposure to partnership frameworks and ecosystem thinking, while experienced contributors leverage networks to accelerate impact. Success is defined by signed partnerships, activated collaborations, and measurable results that support SkilledUp Life’s mission.
Company Needs
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain educational partnerships.
- Passion for education, talent development, and supporting students with real-world experience.
- Experience in outreach, partnership management, or engagement with schools, colleges, or universities is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partnership pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic thinking to identify partnership opportunities aligned with regional growth targets and SkilledUp Life’s mission.
- Comfortable working remotely, taking ownership of initiatives, and driving partnerships from outreach to active, measurable collaborations.
- Ability to track progress using clear activation plans, success metrics, and timelines.
- For experienced contributors: established networks and credibility that facilitate warm introductions and accelerate partnership impact.

Volunteer Activities
- Identify and map potential schools, colleges, and universities to partner with SkilledUp Life.
- Build relationships with decision-makers (faculty, placement officers, and career services teams).
- Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and presentations to introduce SkilledUp Life to educators and students.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored programs or pathways for students to gain experience through volunteering.
- Support onboarding of student volunteers through partner institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, partnership status, and volunteer conversion in tracking sheets.
- Gather feedback from institutions to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Represent SkilledUp Life at virtual educational events and meetings.
