NumeriFlow Kids Learning UK is an innovative educational and therapeutic platform focused on supporting children with developmental dyscalculia through early identification and personalized intervention. The application blends gamified numerical assessments with non-instrumental music therapy, creating an engaging, stigma-free environment for learning and therapy. Adaptive game-based tasks and machine-learning analysis help identify numerical learning challenges and deliver tailored activities to improve counting, number sense, and basic arithmetic. Multisensory elements such as rhythmic and melodic exercises with haptic feedback support broader cognitive development. NumeriFlow aims to make dyscalculia support more affordable and accessible, while providing parents and educators with clear progress insights and scalable, research-backed digital interventions.
Role Description
The Education Psychologist will work on-site in London in a full-time capacity, collaborating with product, research, and education teams to design, refine, and evaluate NumeriFlow’s learning and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting psychological assessments related to numerical cognition.
- Advising on evidence-based strategies for early detection of dyscalculia.
- Contributing to the development of game-based and music-supported learning activities.
- Interpreting assessment data, preparing clear reports for parents, caregivers, and educators.
- Supporting training materials that promote inclusive, stigma-free learning environments.
- Contributing to ongoing research initiatives.
- Ensuring ethical and child-centered practices.
- Helping maintain alignment with relevant clinical and educational guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Educational or Child Psychology, with demonstrated expertise in learning difficulties and developmental disorders.
- Experience in Mental Health and Counseling, including supportive communication with children, parents, and educators.
- Competence in Psychological Assessment, particularly in cognitive, learning, or neurodevelopmental evaluations.
- Background or familiarity with Medicine or allied health fields relevant to neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc or Doctorate) in Educational Psychology, Child Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body in the UK (e.g., HCPC or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with children who have specific learning difficulties, especially dyscalculia or math-related challenges.
- Skills in data interpretation, report writing, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in digital learning tools, game-based interventions, or technology-enhanced assessment and therapy.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice and child safeguarding standards.
