JSL Talent Partners are an education Rec2Rec. We are exclusively representing an education recruitment agency who are looking to hire and add headcount in Kent.

About the Role

Working side-by-side with an amazing, experienced Business Manager you will support Schools with day-to-day, long-term and permanent recruitment in Primary and/ or Secondary Schools.

Responsibilities

  • Support Schools with day-to-day, long-term, and permanent recruitment in Primary and/or Secondary Schools.

Requirements

  • Must drive and have access to a car due to the rural location of your clients.
  • Must have 2+ years of relevant experience working in an education recruitment agency.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role where you'll work in the office based near Maidstone/ Ashford 3 days a week and work at home 2 days a week.

Office Support

With a head office in Essex you will have full back office support including compliance, payroll, marketing, etc.
