About Us

Your Study Advisor, trading under S&G Edulink LTD, is a UK-based higher education consultancy specialising in UK home student recruitment, international student recruitment, and higher education partnerships. We work closely with students, referral partners, agents, and educational institutions to provide ethical, student-centred recruitment and admissions support.

Our mission is to improve access to higher education by providing professional guidance, transparent processes, and strong partnerships across the education sector.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Education Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team on a remote basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within both the UK home student market and the international student recruitment sector, supporting students throughout their higher education journey.

Successful candidates will work remotely while building relationships with prospective students, educational partners, referral agents, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and support prospective UK home and international students.
  • Provide guidance on universities, courses, entry requirements, and admissions processes.
  • Assist students with applications and supporting documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and recruitment agents.
  • Identify new recruitment opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and student management systems.
  • Participate in online meetings, training sessions, and recruitment activities.
  • Represent the company's values of professionalism, integrity, and ethical recruitment.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Confident using CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines effectively.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy, or sales.
  • Knowledge of UK higher education and university admissions processes.
  • Experience working with international students or educational agents.
  • Background in customer service, recruitment, business development, or education.
