As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Education Consultant to join our team and help us connect learners with life-changing training opportunities.
Role Description
Are you a natural closer with a passion for education? As a Education Consultant you will be consultatively guiding prospective students toward their career goals. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to closing enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Enrollments: Proactively reach out to leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique career aspirations of each applicant and recommend the most suitable SCCD training programs.
- Market Outreach: Identify new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up diligently with prospective learners.
- Hit Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to maximize your commission earnings.

We are looking for a "hunter" who is self-motivated and doesn't need to be micro-managed.
Sector Experience
- Proven experience in the Education sector is highly desirable, specifically selling training, certifications, or educational products.
