We're hiring: Education Sales Consultant πŸŽ“ πŸ“

Remote | UK and Europe πŸ›

Most sales roles ask you to push a product. This one asks you to guide families through one of the most important decisions they make: their child's education.

ATheory Education is a boutique British tutoring studio offering 1-to-1 tuition across GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level, plus UK and US university admissions support. This summer we launched our flagship Future-Ready Camp, a five-day live online programme for students aged 13 to 21, and demand is growing faster than we can handle alone.

That is where you come in.

The role:

You will own the enquiry-to-enrolment journey for our camp and tutoring services. Every conversation is consultative: we never discount, we never hard-sell, and our fee conversation happens on a call, not a checkout page. You will be the person having that call.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
