The role

You'll be at the heart of our education services, ensuring patients can access the right education at the right time.

You'll take ownership of the patient experience from referral through to course attendance and discharge, making every interaction simple, supportive and efficient.

This is a role for someone who likes pace, loves organisation and gets energy from helping others. You will work on your own initiative, backed by a team that moves fast, challenges the norm and always has each other’s backs.

No two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, solve problems, spot opportunities for improvement and keep everything moving, even during busy periods.

What success looks like

You'll know you're making a difference when:

  • Patient medical data is treated confidentially and entered accurately on to our databases
  • Patients are booked quickly and efficiently onto the right programmes.
  • Booking performance consistently exceeds service targets
  • Patients attend their education sessions because of the positive experience you've provided
  • Courses run smoothly with educators fully supported
  • Service performance continues to improve through your attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Patients receive an outstanding experience from their first contact through to completion of their programme
  • Our targets are met and exceeded across the whole service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll probably be someone who:

  • Loves organising people, diaries, events and logistics

  • Is confident communicating with patients, healthcare professionals and colleagues
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Can prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based booking systems
  • Works well independently whilst being a brilliant team player
  • Uses initiative to solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Treats confidential information with care and professionalism
  • Takes pride in getting things right first time

Previous experience within healthcare, administration, customer service, event coordination or NHS services would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
