Job Description

Hours of Work

37 hours per week

Working Pattern

  • Full-time
  • Term-time only, working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.

Note: As the position is term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

12 months

The successful candidate will join an established team of educational staff. They will support the College by contributing to a wide range of learning and pastoral activities. They will devise and deliver high-quality, student-centred support to maximise their ability to access learning and thrive at secondary school, working closely alongside pastoral staff and the attendance team in intervention work with students and parents/carers.
