Education Support Manager - SEND

Education Support Manager – Permanent – Full Time

Department: Operations Location: Belper – Support Centre Application Deadline: 17 July, 2026 Compensation: £56,925 per year (plus £3,000 car allowance)

About the Role

Our schools are committed to supporting young people who have often been overlooked in traditional education. As Education Support Manager, you’ll ensure these young people receive the high-quality education they deserve.

Collaborating with the Education Director, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, maintain rigorous quality standards, and proactively enhance outcomes. This work ranges from contractual audits—ensuring alignment with Independent School Standards and Ofsted frameworks—to hands-on, school-led actions like dip checks, learning walks, and learning consultations.

You’ll function as both a change agent and a trusted advisor, guiding senior leadership teams and developing an evidence-informed culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic, not departmental, role: dedicated to raising standards across six schools, not just one.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership

  • Support the Education Director in managing the day-to-day functioning of our schools.
  • Report on quality assurance and continuous improvement across the entire school estate, covering:
    • Teaching and learning
    • Curriculum standards
    • Behaviour and pastoral support
    • Attendance performance
    • Educational outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
