As a consultation service, we prioritise collaboration between parents, educational settings, and professionals to make psychology accessible to all.
With a focus on early intervention strategies, therapeutic techniques, and systemic consultation, our Educational Psychologists (EPs) deliver high-quality services, including:
- Psychotherapy support and trauma-informed care
- Reflective supervision and strategic development (e.g., ELSA training, emotion coaching, critical incident needs)
- Assessments related to **behaviour support, autism, and educational barriers (EBSA)
- Group and 1-to-1 psychological interventions
We believe in building Thriving Communities, improving attendance and reducing exclusions, while supporting mental health and wellbeing for those affected by external violence.
Key Opportunities

- Youth Empowerment Service – Collaborating with University of East London (UEL) and the EPS to enhance systemic youth initiatives.

The Role
We seek creative, enthusiastic Educational Psychologists committed to inclusion, systemic collaboration, and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
Flexible Career Paths
Our role is open to:
- Experienced Educational Psychologists
- Newly-qualified or provisional EPs
- EPs in training (Year 2 or 3 of a recognised HCPC-accredited programme)
- Full-time and part-time availability considered (minimum 0.6 FTE)
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be HCPC-registered (or in Year 2/3 of training)
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Show alignment with our values and therapeutic approach
