Educational Psychologist
JOB TITLE: EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
LOCATION: REDDITCH, WORCESTERSHIRE
WORKING HOURS: FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME (INCLUDING TERM-TIME ONLY OPTIONS)
SALARY: £50,000 – £65,000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
Join our client's team in Worcestershire as an Educational Psychologist and make a meaningful impact on the lives of academically able neurodivergent students. This is a unique opportunity to work across three specialist settings with a calm, low-sensory, home-from-home environment. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to embracing neurodiversity and enabling potential.
This role is ideal for EPs with at least two years of post-graduate experience, though applications from newly qualified EPs are also welcomed. The salary and responsibilities will be tailored to your level of experience. The position offers flexibility in working hours, including term-time only options, and is based in Worcestershire, within a well-resourced independent organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Educational Psychologist, you will:
- Assess students’ needs and develop highly individualised support plans in co-production with families and colleagues.
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy and train staff to embed strategies throughout the school day.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians, educators, and families to support students aged 9–17 who are unable to access mainstream education due to autism, anxiety, or sensory needs.
- Understand and respond to masking and school-related trauma.
- Help students recognise and reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Essential: HCPC registration
- Preferred: At least two years of post-graduate experience as an Educational Psychologist
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
