We are a UK technology company developing a parent-held digital platform for earlier, fairer identification of special educational needs, prepared for submission under Innovate UK's Contracts for Innovation programme (SEN early identification challenge).

We are seeking an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist as a named specialist consultant. The role:
- Co-design of a structured, age-banded developmental observation taxonomy (aligned to the SEND Code of Practice)
- Authoring synthetic developmental case profiles for system validation (no real child data is used at any stage)
- Leading expert-panel validation of system outputs and co-authoring the validation report
- Advising on ethically sound, non-stigmatising parent-facing language
