We are seeking an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist as a named specialist consultant. The role:

  • Co-design of a structured, age-banded developmental observation taxonomy (aligned to the SEND Code of Practice)
  • Authoring synthetic developmental case profiles for system validation (no real child data is used at any stage)
  • Leading expert-panel validation of system outputs and co-authoring the validation report
  • Advising on ethically sound, non-stigmatising parent-facing language
